FULL ITINERARY PLANNING SERVICE
Our hourly rate for full itinerary planning is $65, with a minimum planning fee of $150, which generally covers trips of up to a week.

The minimum fee is due when you return your completed Planning Questionnaire to us to start the planning process.

We will give you an estimate at that time as to whether and how much additional time is likely to be necessary, and will keep you advised as work on your itinerary progresses. You will be invoiced for any additional time when your final itinerary is sent to you prior to your trip.

TELEPHONE OR EMAIL CONSULTATIONS
If you’ve already planned most of your itinerary, but want a bit of extra assurance that you've made the right decisions on where to go, where to stay, etc., we offer consultations by phone or email. The first 15 minutes are free, with additional time at $20 per 15-minute increment.

EXCELLENT HOTELS AT PREFERRED RATES
We offer preferred rates at our favorite hotels, motels and privately owned condominiums and houses, especially during summer and winter months. This service is FREE OF CHARGE.

BOOKING ACTIVITIES
Don't have enough time and can't decide what trip to take? If you have only a limited amount of time in the area, or driving through, but want to go rafting, take a scenic jet boat ride or simply to get massage, we can help you. We will book your activity and email you a confirmation; all FREE OF CHARGE.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation policies will vary with different outfitters and lodging places. We will advise you of these cancellation policies in your final itinerary. Once reservation have been made, you are responsible for covering cancellation fee.

Our fees are non refundable once your final itinerary has been completed. If you need to cancel your trip before we have finished work on your final itinerary, we will refund our minimum fee, minus the fees for time already spent working on your trip. We strongly suggest that you consider purchasing trip cancellation insurance.
