If you are interested in our full itinerary planning service, the first step is completing our detailed Planning Questionnaire. The more information we have about you, the better we will be able to meet your needs. Also, more information up front will enable us to be more efficient in advising you. Our list of activities and adventures may bring some ideas: hiking, exploring Indian ruins, rafting, just to name a few.

After reviewing your questionnaire and consulting with you, we will propose an itinerary, than make reservations at the places you choose.

Your final detailed written itinerary will include all confirmations, suggestions for sightseeing based on your interests, restaurant recommendations. Our fees are based on the amount of time we spend planning your trip. Please refer to services and rates page for pricing information. Itinerary planning process requires 1 week minimum.
